Data Deletion Instructions

FullySys Global Tec. LLC ("Vordrix", "we", "us") respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of data that Vordrix stores about you, including data obtained through connected third-party integrations such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger) and WhatsApp.
1. Who This Page Is For
- Vordrix account holders — businesses or individuals that have signed up for the Vordrix Service.
- End users — people whose information has been processed by Vordrix on behalf of a Vordrix customer (for example, because you messaged a business that uses Vordrix, or because a business connected its Meta or WhatsApp accounts to Vordrix).
2. What Data We Can Delete
Upon a valid request, we can delete the following, where applicable:
- Your Vordrix account profile and authentication data.
- Conversations, messages, tickets, notes, and attachments associated with your account or with your identifier on a connected channel.
- Contact records and CRM entries that identify you.
- Access tokens and credentials for third-party integrations you connected.
- Usage logs and analytics records tied to your account.
Some information may be retained for a limited period as required by law, for fraud prevention, to enforce our agreements, or as part of routine backup rotation, after which it is permanently deleted.
3. How to Request Deletion
Option A — Delete from inside Vordrix
If you have a Vordrix account, you can request deletion from the app:
- Sign in at app.vordrix.com.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Use the Delete account option and confirm.
Option B — Email us
If you cannot access the app or you are an end user of a business that uses Vordrix, send an email to adm@fullysys.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name.
- The email address, phone number, or social media handle associated with your data.
- The channel where you interacted with the business (for example, Instagram DM, Messenger, WhatsApp, email).
- If you are an end user, the name of the business you contacted when your data was collected.
Option C — Disconnect a Meta app integration
If a business has connected your Meta account (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp) to Vordrix and you want to revoke that access:
- Open your Facebook account settings at facebook.com/settings?tab=applications.
- Locate Vordrix in the list of connected apps and remove it.
- Send us an email at adm@fullysys.com to also request deletion of data already stored by Vordrix.
4. Response Time
We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless we need additional time to verify your identity or to comply with legal obligations. We may ask for additional information to confirm that you are the person the data relates to before we proceed.
5. Third-Party Data
Vordrix only controls data stored within our systems. Deleting data from Vordrix does not delete copies that may be held by third-party platforms (such as Meta, WhatsApp, email providers, or payment processors). To remove data from those platforms, please use their own data-control tools.
